Flat roofing is what we do most, and what we do best. We strip back to a sound deck, insulate correctly and finish with a seamless waterproof membrane detailed properly at every upstand, outlet and trim. Every flat roof we install carries a minimum 15-year warranty.

New Roofs
When a roof is past repair, we strip, re-batten with breathable membrane and re-cover in tile or slate to match the property. Scaffolding, ridge and verge detailing, ventilation and clean-up are all part of the job.

Lead is where most roofs fail first. We cut, dress and fix lead to code, with proper welts, clips and pointing so it moves with the building instead of splitting.

Velux Windows
New roof windows into pitched roofs, or swapping tired units for new ones. The flashing kit is matched to the roof covering so the finished window is watertight and looks like it was always meant to be there.

Fascias & Guttering
Rotten timber and sagging gutters cause damp long before the roof does. We replace fascias, soffits and guttering with uPVC that stays straight, with the falls set so water actually reaches the downpipe.
